Web error: 403 (Origin Unauthorized) on PATCH of publicTypeIndex.ttl

Please describe what you did in reproducible steps

1. Log into a team Pod (e.g., https://myteampod.inrupt.net) to which I have access using my personal WebID (e.g., https://mywebid.inrupt.net/profile/card#me).
2. Create a new Meeting.
3. Uncheck the "Public link to this meeting" checkbox.

How did it work with 4.x series servers?

Cannot test.

What happened when you tried the same with the 5.x series server?

1. An error is displayed below the checkbox:
   Checkbox: Error updating store from false to true: Web error: 403 (Origin Unauthorized) on PATCH of <https://mywebid.inrupt.net/settings/publicTypeIndex.ttl>
2. An error is displayed at the bottom of the meeting pane:
   loadPubicIndex: loading public type index Error: Fetcher: <https://mywebid.inrupt.net/settings/privateTypeIndex.ttl> Origin Unauthorized
