Heic files not uploading

### Steps to reproduce

The Nextcloud Android app doesn't upload heic files to the server, these end up in the failed/ retry list.

### Expected behaviour

Upload heic files to the server.

Heic files not uploading, they end up in the failed/ retry list.

まず、報告された Android 16 の環境で Nextcloud Android アプリバージョン 34.1.1 の HEIC アップロード失敗を再現し、その後、失敗したアップロードが失敗/再試行リストに入る仕組みを調べます。HEIC ファイルが再試行のためにキューへ入れられるのではなく、サーバーへ正常にアップロードされれば完了です。失敗している経路を絞り込むには、Android またはサーバーのログが必要です。
