Synced file changes not uploaded until next open

Steps to reproduce

1. Right-click a file and choose sync
2. Tap the file to open.
3. Make changes and save
4. Return to the Nextcloud

Expected behaviour

The file should sync the local changes to the server and show 'just now' instead of e.g. '5 hours ago'.

Actual behaviour

File changes are not uploaded. Also not after pull down to refresh.

If you now tap to open the file again, the app uploads the local changes to the server, and then opens that latest file.

まず、同期済みのファイルを使って Nextcloud Android アプリで記載された手順を再現し、アプリに戻る前に変更を保存します。ファイルを再度開くまでアップロードが遅延する理由を追跡します。完了の条件は、戻るか更新したときに変更済みファイルがアップロードされ、再度開かなくてもサーバーのタイムスタンプに更新が表示されることです。
