Resize URL in menu header to make it fit in one line

### Steps to reproduce

I looked thoroughly but it's probably being described in a way I can't find. This has been an issue for a while but I cannot remember the exact version when it didn't look like this but it didn't always. Between the logo, and the sort of long URL (20 character) it looks like the following screenshot:

I don't recall doing anything with the favicon in terms of size but hopefully from a design perspective, it can be changed to be more accommodating for this kind of issue such as being able to automatically resize the logo. Even if me having to resize the icon on the server size to reflect the change here to make it small enough for the URL to fit on one line, it would be better from an end user standpoint to have something for that. Thanks in advance. Obviously a very low priority. I just wanted this to be brought to the proper persons attention.

Inizia riproducendo il layout dell’header usando come riferimento la versione 3.23.1 segnalata dell’app Nextcloud Android e lo screenshot. Segui il punto di ingresso della UI dell’header del menu e determina come si comportano il logo e un URL di 20 caratteri; il lavoro è completato quando l’URL rimane su una sola riga senza sembrare fuori posto.
