Translate the run-sessions guide into Simplified Chinese

Add docs/guides/run-sessions.zh-CN.md as a faithful Simplified Chinese translation of the canonical English guide.

Acceptance criteria

• Preserve commands, option names, resource names, and links exactly where they are technical identifiers.
• Use the project vocabulary from CONTEXT.md for agent, session, deployment, config, state, and remote.
• Add the translated guide to the Chinese documentation links where appropriate.
• bun test scripts/open-source.test.ts passes, including the local Markdown link check.

No product-code changes are expected.

正規の英語版 run-sessions ガイドと CONTEXT.md から始め、既存の中国語ドキュメントへのリンクを調べて、新しいガイドをどこに配置すべきかを判断します。技術的な識別子を維持し、プロジェクトの用語を適用したうえで、docs/guides/run-sessions.zh-CN.md を作成します。bun test scripts/open-source.test.ts を実行します。翻訳とリンクがローカルの Markdown リンクチェックを通過すれば完了です。
