Dev Container workspace picker needs clearer actions and location indication

The Dev Container workspace-selection flow has two related UX concerns.

## 1. Remove action is visually disconnected from the submenu

When hovering a recent workspace row, the **Remove** action is positioned far from the submenu chevron and overlaps the visual flow into the submenu. The relationship between the row action and the submenu feels awkward and needs UX consideration.


## 2. Appending `- Dev Container` to the workspace name will not scale

After choosing **Use Dev Container**, the workspace chip appends `- Dev Container` to the folder name. This becomes increasingly difficult to scan as workspace names get longer and does not scale if more execution locations are added.

Consider presenting the execution location as a separate pill or other compact indicator, for example:

- Local
- Dev Container
- Cloud

This would keep the workspace identity and execution location visually distinct.
