説明
Steps:
- on windows uninstalled python 3.12
- install 3.13 from the store
- the venv made before (with 3.12) is broken but still exists
This might be a good case for: Repairing an environment. Microsoft Store can update the python, and all the venvs built using the old python don't work any more.
