説明
Right now if you click on the "Run and Debug" button from the Debug View and there's no file open and you click on "Python", we display a list of config options for the user. But if they click on "Python File", because there's no file open it will fail:
It'd be nice if we could not display this option (especially cause we memorize the users choice for the rest of the session, until they reload the window).
