説明
With Git you can set files to assume unchanged. That way GIT ignores local changes to the file. It is useful for local development when you have to change config files.
Currently the extension doesn't display assume unchanged files and doesn't have an option to set and unset them as such.
It would be nice to see these files under separate section and be able to set them from the UI
