Ability to customise the repositories shown in the 'Pull Requests' and 'Issues' sections

As mentioned in #1583, v0.20.0 introduced support for multiple repositories in the pull request tree. It would be nice to hide/rearrange the repositories in the tree.

I have a directory with many cloned repositories. I would like to hide many of them since I spend most of my time only contributing to a few of them but like to have the others so that I can easily browse them.

ファイル、テスト、エントリポイントは指定されていません。まず Pull Requests セクションと Issues セクションのリポジトリツリーの実装を見つけ、次にリポジトリの可視性と順序をどのように表現すべきかを判断してください。両方のセクションでユーザーがリポジトリを非表示にしたり並べ替えたりでき、他のリポジトリへのアクセスを維持できれば完了です。
