Recover from being offline

When starting vscode offline the extension starts loading but it doesn't show anything and this is ok because it is offline. But then, if I go online, it keeps the same way, loading forever. The only way to make the extension show the PR and issues data is restarting vscode when online. I tried the refresh button (which only appears on the issue section) and nothing.

I wish there were a command to reload de extension so it can load the PR and issues data without having to reload the whole vscode (this implies reloading all the extensions).

ファイルやテストは指定されていません。まず、VS Code がオフラインで起動し、接続が復旧したときの extension の動作を再現し、次に extension の refresh と loading のエントリーポイントを追跡してください。接続の復旧後に、VS Code やすべての extension を再起動せずに PR と issue のデータが表示されれば完了です。
