query_by_wiql throws exception:

I'm trying to get a list of backlog items ids using the following function:

work item 追跡クライアントの query_by_wiql エントリポイントから開始し、issue に示されている WIQL で例外を再現してください。wiql 引数に期待される形状を確認し、クエリがデシリアライズエラーなしで work item ID を返すことを検証してください。
