### 🙁 Actual behavior

`export import` re-exporting a namespace (or namespace member) of a type-only namespace from another type-only namespace results in `This syntax is not allowed when 'erasableSyntaxOnly' is enabled.`

### 🙂 Expected behavior

It should not error.
