💻 Repro steps
Opened project in VS with tsconfig, observed a configured project being created successfully with one TS root file.
Then added another TS file to the project.
🙁 Actual behavior
New TS file was added to the inferred project.
🙂 Expected behavior
New TS file is added to the existing configured project.
Notes:
This issue reproduces inconsistently.
