New error: Type instantiation is excessively deep and possibly infinite.

This one's actually new in 3.8. There are some additional errors in 3.9 - I'll post them below.

To repro:

Chạy yarn và tsc -b -f tsconfig.monorepo.json trong revision xstate được liên kết. Bắt đầu bằng cách đọc packages/core/src/stateUtils.ts:157, packages/core/src/State.ts:181 và packages/core/src/interpreter.ts:208 và 783. Hoàn tất khi các lỗi TS2589 và TS2345 được báo cáo không còn xuất hiện trong bản build tái hiện.
