Feature Request: A faster way to jump to definition

Hey guys, thanks for the hard work on this plugin. I was wondering, ctrl-t ctrl-d isn't super intuitive for me since I use this so frequently, and I had a few ideas about improving it. First thought is, would it be possible to make ctrl-clicking jump to the definition also? I know resharper does this for visual studio and it's a fast way to navigate because you can click through different files until you get where you're looking for.

A second and probably harder thought is to make the right-click -> Goto definition use you guys' typescript logic, or maybe add an additional right click item just for typescript, like "Goto typescript definition". Any thoughts on the difficulty factor here?
