Research direction
Start by reviewing the Unity-DepthAPI sample linked in the issue and the Graphic Tools Standard Shader integration points. Confirm how Meta Quest depth API occlusion is expected to interact with the newer Graphic Tools shader, then validate the result on a supported headset. Done means the standard shader supports depth API occlusion without requiring local shader edits.
