Navbar styling on small screens

The icons and version switcher are cluttered:

- Remove bottom margin from version switcher:


I believe this is necessary only in our theme, because `pydata-sphinx-theme` places the switcher differently. In our theme, it's bound together with the dark-mode switch.

- Optionally, let the link icons wrap:


ファイル、テスト、エントリーポイントのいずれも指定されていません。まずテーマの navbar と version-switcher のスタイリングを見つけ、次に issue の画像に示されている小さい画面での乱雑なレイアウトを再現してください。switcher に不要な下マージンがなくなり、狭い画面でリンクアイコンが許容できる形で折り返されれば完了です。
