plugin-draw

Dear reader,
I have used the libraries (Android and JavaScript) in several projects. I think like any mapping tools, the Mapbox android SDK needs a plugin that allows user to easily drawing and editing features. Recently, I've done a project without the use of any third party libraries for drawing and editing geometries. I felt that turning this into a plugin could help other developers. It should be noted that I used [the Annotation plugin](https://docs.mapbox.com/android/plugins/overview/annotation/) before, but I could not feel comfortable with it for drawing.

My idea is that a plugin named "plugin-draw" has a UI component with a series of settings and facilities for drawing/ editing management. somthing like [this](https://docs.mapbox.com/mapbox-gl-js/example/mapbox-gl-draw). Thank you for guiding me to make sure that such a thing is really needed.

実装ファイルやテストは指定されていません。まず既存の Annotation plugin とリンク先の Mapbox GL Draw の例を確認し、その後、maintainer とともにプラグインの描画、編集、UI、ジオメトリの範囲を定義してください。合意済みの設計と明示的な受け入れ基準が定まれば完了です。
