Cursor disappears in terminal mode

Steps to reproduce

When using :tab term, the cursor is not visible after the prompt appears. Pressing <Esc> makes the block cursor become visible. However, while typing in insert mode (in the prompt), the cursor remains invisible.

Expected behaviour

Cursor should always be visible. I also do not see guicursor having options to set cursor for terminal prompt.

Issue has been tested with given configuration

• by running MacVim.app from GUI macOS interface
• by running vim/gvim/etc installed by MacVim
• by running other versions of vim (e.g. /usr/bin/vim)

Issue has been tested with no configuration

• by running mvim --clean (or gvim, supplied by MacVim distribution)
• by running vim --clean (in terminal, supplied by MacVim distribution)
• by running vim --clean (in terminal, other suppliers, e.g. /usr/bin/vim)

Other conditions

• The both Homebrew packages "vim" and "macvim" are installed

Bắt đầu bằng cách tái hiện vấn đề với :tab term trên macOS, cả sau khi prompt xuất hiện lẫn trong khi nhập ở insert mode. Đọc phần xử lý con trỏ ở terminal mode và hành vi của guicursor, sau đó xác minh rằng con trỏ khối vẫn hiển thị trong prompt mà không cần <Esc>.
