Error in selection (during adding annotation) of Arabic text that came after (from R to L) "؟"

Research direction
Reproduce the selection problem in Xreader 2.4.2 with the attached test.pdf, on page 9 and the third line of the first paragraph. Start by testing right-to-left selection around the Arabic question mark with several drag lengths. Done means the selection consistently covers the text under the cursor without escaping or selecting the wrong range.

* Xreader version (2.4.2)
* Distribution - (Fedora 30)
Issue
This is difficult to explain because text in Arabic & you do not understand Arabic, but I will tried my best.
Steps to reproduce
- open attached PDF on page 9 (nine).
- deal with 1st paragraph at top of page nine. This paragraph composed from 4 lines. The 3rd line (counting from above downward) contain "؟"
- please try to add annotation moving the mouse pointer (courser) from right to left after starting to the left of "؟"
You should try multiple times each for different length, & you will see what I mean.
Expected behaviour
There should be no such mistakes. I mean user should be able to select what she/he move the courser over it (not to escape from it).
