remote.fetch depth= parameter broken with anonymous remotes

まず、pygit2.Repository、init_repository、create_anonymous、remote.fetch(depth=1, refspecs=...) を使用して、file remote に対して再現を実行します。anonymous remotes の fetch path の処理を調査し、destination repository で git log v1.15.1 を実行して結果を確認します。取得された tag に要求した shallow history だけが含まれていれば完了です。
