I can not convert the git command bellow to LibGit2Sharp.
Please help me. Thank you so much!

git show HEAD:AAAAA.txt > BBB.txt
or
git show ede689149b64bb0cfe4736418c51fad0c9a63bdc:AAAAA.txt > BBB.txt
