Reproduction steps
Try to use libgit2sharp to stage only modified/updated files (git add -u)
Expected behavior
StageOptions-Property to control which change should be added to the tree
Actual behavior
Currently no such functionality. 'Add' and 'Modified' files are always added both.

0.26.2
