Cloned repository is dirty

Reproduction steps

Clone remote repository to local folder

var options = new CloneOptions
  {

Repository.Clone(_remoteUrl, _localPath, options);

Expected behavior

git status must return nothing to commit, working tree clean

Actual behavior

git status returns
