I downloaded the code to run the clone method in the unit test natively, and an exception occurred

The code I ran on my centos 7.5 virtual machine was successful，I installed libgit2 and dotnet build console ，Why doesn't Windows work?

從 LibGit2Sharp.Tests/CloneFixture.cs 中的 CanClone（第 25 行）開始，接著透過 Core/Ensure.cs（第 154 行和第 172 行）以及 Proxy.Git_clone（第 276 行）追蹤 Repository.Clone。比較 Windows 10 上的 timeout 與 CentOS 7.5 上成功的執行；完成的標準是找出並記錄 Windows 特有的原因，或驗證修正有效。
