The code I ran on my centos 7.5 virtual machine was successful，I installed libgit2 and dotnet build console ，Why doesn't Windows work?

Vergleiche das Timeout unter Windows 10 mit dem erfolgreichen Lauf unter CentOS 7.5; abgeschlossen ist die Aufgabe, wenn die Windows-spezifische Ursache identifiziert und dokumentiert oder eine Behebung verifiziert wurde.
