Support for sparse-Checkout

I would like the sparse-Checkout functionality added to libgit2sharp. Without it, I can't currently operate on the git repository. We have a repository not created by me, that has several thousand projects in it, and I need the ability to extract one or maybe a couple projects when the user does something. I cannot bring out the entire respository, because this is a multi-user system, and we have hundreds of people commiting to this repostory. Each working on their own project. When time comes, I need to get just one project out, so we can do some things with it.

Is this something that is planned to be added soon to libgit2sharp?
