Cannot update expired key

My key has expired quite a while ago. I have updated it locally (extended the expiry date) with no problems and also published to a public OpenPGP server.

I a not able to update my key on keybase. When using the web UI "Update my key (I edited elsewhere)", pasting the public key block I get the following error message:
*Error: Your private key appears corrupted (no valid primary key self-signature or key(s) have expired)*

When trying to download the keybase app and logging in, I get "Invalid argument: no valid signing keys". When trying the commandline and trying to update the PGP keys, I always get "Invalid argument: no valid signing keys" as well. I can't register this laptop as a new device as I have never used it before and apparently can't register it because I don't have a valid signing key.

How to I update my expired key in keybase?

Web UI の「Update my key (I edited elsewhere)」フローと、レポートに記載されているコマンドラインでの PGP key 更新パスから始め、期限が外部で延長された期限切れの key を使って「no valid signing keys」エラーを再現します。更新された key が受け入れられ、ユーザーがログインするか、laptop を新しいデバイスとして登録できれば完了です。
