No way to get the job parameters?

Shouldn't the parameters be part of the `JobWithDetails` object?

Start by locating the JobWithDetails object and inspect how job details are fetched and represented. Determine where Jenkins exposes job parameters and how they should be modeled in the client; done means callers can access those parameters through JobWithDetails, with coverage for the new behavior.
