It seems that Build.getQueueId() always returns 0. It seems that "queueId" field in json response form job url(/job///api/json) is ignored by the library.
I used another library (https://github.com/cdancy/jenkins-rest), it was able to get queue id from jobs. But that library has lot of features missing, so basically I am rooting for you guys :P
