lots of TypeScript errors

I'm experiencing many TypeScript errors (I cropped the cmd output).
As pointed out in https://github.com/microsoft/TypeScript/issues/40426 , you can not disable type checking on *.ts files from packages in node_modules, only on *.d.ts files.
Can the files be changed from *.ts files to *.d.ts files?

Tái hiện lỗi với `yarn web`, tách riêng xung đột plugin ESLint khỏi các chẩn đoán của TypeScript. Kiểm tra các tệp `node_modules/javascript-obfuscator/src/...` được báo cáo cùng với `tsconfig` hoặc `jsconfig`; được xem là hoàn tất khi các lỗi dependency không còn xuất hiện trong quá trình biên dịch.
