build spec : Dependencies information missing

I clone this starter repo and cd into a-reason-react-tutorial. When I do the `npm start`, I get this:

I have done `npm install -g bs-platform`, and also `npm link bs-platform`. I'm using node v6.11.2 on a Mac.

Bắt đầu bằng cách tái hiện `npm start` trong tutorial đã clone và kiểm tra cấu hình dependency/build kiểm soát `bsb`. Kiểm tra lý do `reason-react` không được tìm thấy hoặc không được build, sau đó xác minh rằng dependency được resolve và tutorial khởi động thành công. Báo cáo không nêu file cụ thể nào.

Do mô hình lập chỉ mục viết ra từ nội dung của issue.
