Poetry is a python package manager. debugpy release 1.6.5 a couple days ago, and recently ipykernel made debugpy a dependency in 2021. Unfortunately debugpy 1.6.5 does not have wheels for many Mac laptops (see link above).
I suggest pinning debugpy to 1.6.4 or kindly asking them to build more wheels :).
