Poetry is a python package manager. `debugpy` release 1.6.5 a couple days ago, and recently `ipykernel` made `debugpy` a dependency in 2021. Unfortunately `debugpy` 1.6.5 does not have wheels for many Mac laptops (see link above).
I suggest pinning `debugpy` to 1.6.4 or kindly asking them to build more wheels :).
