bug: iOS 17.5, animation flicker

### Ionic Framework Version

v8.x

### Current Behavior

Elements flicker when opening and closing the modal.
It only occurs irregularly. In Chroma, Safari and iOS simulator.

### Expected Behavior

No flicker expected.

1. Clone this repo: https://github.com/moerphie/ionic-flicker-bug
3. yarn install && yarn run build
4. Launch iOS Simulator and open/dismiss modal

Follow up of a closed issue from last year [#28467](https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-framework/issues/28467)

Start with the linked moerphie/ionic-flicker-bug reproduction: install and build it, then open and dismiss the modal in the iOS 17.5 simulator to observe the intermittent flicker. Review the discussion and prior issue #28467 for context; done means the modal animation no longer flickers in the reported Safari and simulator scenarios.
