- [X] I have searched for [existing issues](https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-framework/issues) that already report this problem, without success.

### Ionic Framework Version

- [ ] v4.x
- [ ] v5.x
- [X] v6.x

### Current Behavior

Just mentioned this in the iOS native voice recording app:

The used sheet style modal works in combination with the `presentingElement` **AND** seems to have an option to define when this should start (or maybe automatically starts from the lowest breakpoint idk).

Currently when setting `presentingElement` on a Sheet Style Modal it's start from start and the modal seems to don't know what it is 😃 it appears to be buggy at dragging than.

### Expected Behavior

This Video is from the native ios voice recording app:

btw it also shows a good usage example of #23955

### Steps to Reproduce

Just use the presenting Element on a Sheet Style Modal
