**Current behavior:**
After resetting a form - form.reset() - a value set programmatically does not show in the ion-input. If any text is entered in the ion-input and then a value is set programmatically, the value does show
**Expected behavior:**
Setting a value should always show the value in the input field
**Steps to reproduce:**
This fiddle shows the bug. Follow the instructions in the fiddle
