Platform : condition for device types

**What is missing or inaccurate about the content on this page?**
About the method is(platformName: Platforms), it would be great to know which conditions make it answer true for "mobile" "phablet" and "tablet".
I always thought a phablet would always return true for both "mobile" and "tablet" but I've done tests with a Pixel 3 on Android Q with display set to small (high resolution) and it returns true for both "mobile" and "tablet" but false for "phablet".
It is very hard to tell if it's a bug or an undocumented feature.
