content: IonPicker and v-model examples in general

Hello,
thank you for creating Ionic

It would be great if we could add more complete examples in the documentation. Something that covers the basic usage of the components. For example, if we take:
https://ionicframework.com/docs/api/picker

In the examples, at least for Vue.js, it's not clear if the component can be used with `v-model`, and if it's useable with `v-model`, where can we place it?

If the component is not usable with `v-model`, it would be great to say it
