feat: Command to remove Live Deploy

## Describe the Feature Request
Appflow with Live Deploy was added to Capacitor this year using the command `ionic deploy add` but there is no command or simple way to remove Deploy once it's been added. All the documentation I'm finding for removing Deploy is referring to Cordova and setting a field in config.xml but nothing for Capacitor.

Provide a command like `ionic deploy remove`
