Add `cordova-` prefix to all platform names

I know it is dumb, but quite a lot of people are confused about what you mean when you quote the `Cordova Platforms` part of their `ionic info` output and tell them that `android 7.0.0` is outdated. Having `cordova-android` here would make it clearer what one is talking about.

Start with the ionic info command and locate the code that formats its Cordova Platforms output. Update the displayed platform names so each has the cordova- prefix, then verify that the output uses names such as cordova-android.
