Add `cordova-` prefix to all platform names

I know it is dumb, but quite a lot of people are confused about what you mean when you quote the `Cordova Platforms` part of their `ionic info` output and tell them that `android 7.0.0` is outdated. Having `cordova-android` here would make it clearer what one is talking about.
