Use --release flag with --livereload

**Description:**

It's posible use chrome://inspect/#devices when --release flag is used?

I need debugging when flag --release is used but Chrome doesn't allow inspect when release flag is used.

Do you know alternatives for debugging?

Start by reproducing the reported behavior with the --release and --livereload flags on the listed Android, Cordova, and Ionic CLI versions, then trace how the CLI passes those flags to the mobile run flow. Done means the release build can be inspected through Chrome, or the issue clearly documents why that is unsupported and identifies an alternative.
