On old Android devices thoses square icons stay square and that's quite ugly.

Start at the `ionic resources` command and trace how Android icons are generated for ldpi and mdpi devices. Check the existing generated assets and determine how round icons should be represented; done means the command produces non-square-looking icons for those densities without regressing other Android resources.
