Failed clone gives no option to retry

If going through the Configure prompts and choosing Clone, and the Clone fails for some reason, there is no option to retry. Sometimes there can be a small issue that can be fixed immediately, such as networking or SSH key needs to be enabled on the repo. Having an option to retry the clone or regenerate SSH key after fixing that would be nice.

Start with the Configure prompts flow and the Clone operation described in the issue, then trace how clone failures are surfaced. Done means a failed clone offers a retry path and, where applicable, a way to regenerate the SSH key after the underlying problem is fixed.
