Does python API support query with wildcard?

#### My code is like this:

from intermine.webservice import Service
service = Service("https://phytozome.jgi.doe.gov/phytomine/service")
query=service.new_query()
query.select("*")
_query.add_constraint("Gene","LOOKUP","AT5G67180")_

#### this code works fine. but if i wrote using wildcard,like,

_query.add_constraint("Gene","LOOKUP","*5G67180")_

#### the error comes up,
