markdown-preview removes nvim-treesitters markdown highlighter

**Description**
When i add this plugin to my lazy.nvim via :

```lua
{
"iamcco/markdown-preview.nvim",
cmd = { "MarkdownPreviewToggle", "MarkdownPreview", "MarkdownPreviewStop" },
ft = { "markdown" },
build = function() vim.fn["mkdp#util#install"]() end,
}
```

it removes the highlighting from markdown files brought by treesitter.
to bring it back, i had to remove the above code block from my lazy.nvim **and** remove the markdown-preview.nvim directory by hand.
