CNCF Meshery Playground - a free resource with live k8s environment

@iam-veeramalla Everyone studying DevOps here is probably interested to know about this resource I've been using (and I've been contributing to). If you aren't aware of the CNCF project, [Meshery](https://meshery.io), you might find it very helpful - https://playground.meshery.io. User accounts are free and so is time on the hosted Kubernetes cluster to explore all CNCF projects.

L’issue ne mentionne aucun fichier, test ou point d’entrée et ne demande aucune modification du dépôt. Déterminez si le lien vers Meshery Playground doit être ajouté au contenu du cours ou à la documentation, puis identifiez l’emplacement pertinent et définissez la fin du travail comme l’ajout de la ressource avec son objectif et son lien clairement présentés.
