CNCF Meshery Playground - a free resource with live k8s environment

@iam-veeramalla Everyone studying DevOps here is probably interested to know about this resource I've been using (and I've been contributing to). If you aren't aware of the CNCF project, [Meshery](https://meshery.io), you might find it very helpful - https://playground.meshery.io. User accounts are free and so is time on the hosted Kubernetes cluster to explore all CNCF projects.

Meshery Playground:
"Explore the Cloud Native Computing Foundation's graduated, incubation, and sandbox projects as well as many other popular open source projects. Use Meshery Playground to explore a new way of DevOps - visual and collaborative configuration management for your infrastructure."

The issue names no file, test, or entry point and does not request a repository change. Clarify whether the Meshery Playground link should be added to the course content or documentation, then identify the relevant location and define done as the resource being added with its purpose and link clearly presented.
